I strongly agree on that. Valuable coin has a great value and price an d maybe wit will really rise soon after a huge dip so we need to hold our valuable coin. But we really need to have more patience in holding specially we really have a needs and we really need to provide needs for survival so then I beleive that it depends also upon the holders needs.

Of course, holding is good but always not good. Because sometimes it gets dangerous. Even I also have some cryptocurrency but that coin has not more price to sell. But I holded that coins until long time.
