There are no specific benefits if you created 100 posts but you can add 36 posts to reach Full Member rank. As Full member, you will get the benefits to allowed give karma positive and negative to everyone. These benefits will help the forum be better

If you have not been able to bounty on this forum.  Then the post is not an issue for you.  But if you are thinking of doing a signature campaign. Then the post is very important for you because as the post grows, your rank will increase and if you do, you will be able to do a good quality signature campaign.

I don't think so, you will get badge spammer 100 posts in one day. and it will reduce your points

There is two point of view for 100 posts.
1. If you make 100 quality posts (not spam) just not in single day, spreading more days,  You will get 100 Post badge. It is good for you.
2. If you make 100 posts in just single day by spamming to rank up, you will get also super active 100 post badge. Both are different. However, it is not good for you if you make 100 posts in just single day, it may reduce your points or you will get warning for spamming.

Yes mate they must realized the importance of having quality and excellent posts. And they must do it by carefully obeying the law of Alts.
