链闻消息，跨链项目 IRISnet 的第 3 号链上参数治理提案未通过，将 21 天解委托时长缩短为 14 天的提案未满足 50% 的参与度，该提案未通过，21 天解委托时长不变。9 月 26 日，IRISnet 社区成员发起了第 3 号链上参数治理提案，10 月 1 日投票到期，未满足 50% 的参与度，本次提案的内容是将 21 天解委托时长的参数缩短为 14 天，该修改未成功，目前维持 21 天不变。本次投票过程中，IRISnet 用户第一次通过 Rainbow 钱包最新版本参与网络治理。
