ETC发起明确支持PoW采矿提案

ETC官方刚刚发布公告称，在最近在加拿大温哥华举行的ETC 2019峰会上，ETC就明确支持PoW采矿达成共识。ETC官方称，尽管在ETC生态系统中，通常会很好地接受POS侧链或POW之上的L2解决方案，但在ETC基本协议层对POS提议的需求很少。ETC现就明确支持PoW采矿发起提案，该提案可能会在下一次硬分叉应用，也可能独立进行。ETC官方强调该提案时ETC社会层面形式化，而非技术协议共识，因此不需要和硬分叉同步。
