I suppose to return those investors before the year 2017, of course very difficult. If you look at the developments in the year before 2017 that there is not much competition. But after 2018 many projects and increased competition.

However, many new projects are fake and the project fails. So many ICO projects are used to commit fraud against investors.

But I still believe that at some time investors will re-invest as in 2017.
