Reward stakes of Emirex bounty??

I want to talk about reward stakes of Emirex bounty. I see too many gaps in the stakes for Altcoinstalks and Bitcointalk Members.

Rewards for Bitcointalk Members

- Member/Copper Member: 2 Stakes per day     
- Full Member: 4 Stakes per day
- Sr Member: 6 Stakes per day
- Hero: 8 Stakes per day
- Legendary: 12 Stakes per day

Rewards for Altcoinstalks Members
 
- Full Member: 1 Stakes per day
- Sr Member: 2 Stakes per day
- Hero: 3 Stakes per day   
- Mythical /Legend: 5 Stakes per day

If we look at the differences of stakes calculation between the two forums above, it seems having too big gaps.
For example, a Hero Member from Altcoinstalks only gets below stake of Full Member on Bitcointalk.
I think the gap is a bit too much. Ideally, at least, A Hero Member of Altcoinstalks forum can get the same stake of A Senior Member of Bitcointalk forum.

What do you think guys? Is this fair for us?

I agree with you. The gap is too big, but we are not in the position that we can determine the conditions for bounties. This forum is only 2 yo, BTT is 10yo. So that is the difference. On the other hand, you can join another signature bounty at this forum, SwapZilla, PGPay - https://tokpie.io/blog/puregold-pgpay-bounty/ , or maybe Yachtco.

You can also look at this from the emirex project's perspective. How many members do we have here compared to the other forum? Next is how many are active? The purpose of a signature campaign is maximum exposure and if there are only a few members who will see their project (thru signature) then it's probably fair to pay lesser amount (or stakes in this case). I've also seen some projects who have the same stakes but with lesser pool alloted here.

Yes, what you said is pretty true. The gap is too much, that's why I decide to not join there. Really hope that manager deloodin consider this suggestion for his next bounty.

Actually, there is a manager who has already given a good example. He is bubbalex. He divided the token allocations into 2 forums. So, both forum members got a fair result in the end. I like how he manages the stakes and token allocations for both Bitcointalk and Altcoinstalks.

I am not trying to compare two bounty managers. I just want to make all managers appreciate all bounty participants wisely. Every manager may have own view, but it is necessary to consider the valuable suggestion.

Yes. Bubbalex is a perfect example. Other bounty managers should know how he manages the stakes and token allocations. I think this is the solution.

So far altcoin talk forums had low members and low visitors as we see no one is posting in most sections unlike in Bitcointalk a lot of people posts per day.
Bitcointalk get more genuine users from search engines as they rank better than altcointalk forums.

Yes sir,, it is a noticeable gaps between Altcoinstalks and Bitcointalk forum. This gaps in the phenomenon of Bounty Campaign manager,, if they would have managed equally stakes, nothing can make gaps between Altcoinstalks and Bitcointalk.

Emirex playing with us because they increase their bounty campaign without increasing bounty rewards pool. They don't keep their promises.

I have also noticed that Hero Members of Altcoinstalk gets 3 stakes and Full Member of Bitcointalk gets 4 stakes in signature campaign like Emirex, Swapzilla and few projects. It is very pessimistic matter. Bounty managers should realize this matter that this forum now 2nd rank after Bitcointalk and it has become very popular forum now. To spread promotion of project, this forum plays an important role in the last couple of years.

Yes Malam90 brother. Emirex playing games with us. They extended their bounty without increasing bounty pool. They discriminate signature stakes Bitcointalk and Altcoinstalks forum.

I am also a Bounty member on Bitcointalk and they extended the bounty for one more month. This make me to lose in the bounties because of some members may get negative trust and they lose all the bounty at a time.
I think Swap zilla too running the 2nd Round for bounty, but these guys are trying to collect money from people instead of running a great IEO.

I just learned that they are not going to pay hunters until they reach the hardcap and that they are planning to launch a third round bounty. You can rarely see some new projects reach their hardcap these days and who knows if Emirex can even reach that $10M. Best of luck to all who participated in this campaign, you might wait until forever before you will get paid.

It is an illegal action and not fair for bounty hunters. How pity bounty hunters with this action, they must spend more time but no additional rewards as the appreciation.

Damn! The teams are really annoying and decide everything as they wish without considering bounty hunters.
