链闻消息，Maker 基金会宣布把 Maker 和 Dai 商标组合转移到新成立的 Dai 基金会，Maker Protocol 的开源软件知识产权（IP）也将从 Maker 基金会转移到 Dai 基金会。Dai 基金会成立于丹麦，独立于 Maker 基金会，将成为 Maker 社区关键无形资产的持有者，其作为非营利实体运营的申请正在接受丹麦政府的审核。
