If we talk about payments, then a good manager will ask for fees like Bitcoin and ethereum from a new project to manage the bounty, now for bounty hunters they can choose the bounty that pays with Bitcoin or altcoin from new projects that have been registered in exchange, in this project developers certainly need funds by collecting Bitcoin or ethereum to develop their projects, currently, I am still following the bounty for altcoin payments and most importantly, the developers do not lock the token

I think it cannot be. If there was any way, it would have been invented long ago, so that crypto projects, bounty managers and bounty hunters would all be happy. But there is no such way. Therefore, bounty hunters work almost for free.

As far as i concern that even bounty managers are not 100% sure about the bounty campaigns they are handling, and because of that reality me as partly bounty hunter is refining my moves when choosing bounty campaigns, thats why im only choosing those trusted bounty managers that already have a solid tract record i'm sure those managers are exercising a due diligence before accepting a particular bounty campaigns in that case we can minimize the risk of being unpaid. because project owners, and bounty managers was just connected online that's why its only a verbal trust that bind between them so there is no guarantee in any bounty campaigns and we as the bounty participants are the sole responsible of our own actions. that's what i believe.

One of the best strategy I could think of is that the bounty managers should always escrow the bounty payments and do a deeply research about the team of the project so that it will not turn-out scam. And rules should not be changed prior to bounty posting. Because they always locked the tokens after the campaign and the worst is that they will not pay.

as a bounty hunter, it must depend on the bounty manager, about the fees they offer, but now there are many BMs who don't take sides with the bounty for some reason whether they have earned a salary at the beginning so when a project is successful and devs don't want to pay their hunters they don't problem because they have been getting paid at the beginning
many projects in 2018 have not been paid if asked they gave warnings and were banned from goup

the solution might be to make payments once a week or once every two weeks for the hunters, without seeing the project not being successful in the future

Maximum bounty campaign project and airdrops project don't pay payments to hunters. Many bounty manager scam payments without paying hunters. Some projects owners don't give payments to bounty manager.

For now, Bounty is quite difficult and it is very unlikely that we will make a big profit because crytpocurrency is now experiencing a decrease of almost 700%.

Remember in joining bounty, there is no guarantee that you can earn dollars here even if that the tokens will be escrowed, there is still no guarantee that such token will have a value. Escrow services will be beneficial only if the payment of the bounty is bitcoin, ethereum, usdt, xrp, litecoin and any coin which is trading in a decent exchange.
