Do not easily believe the hardcap and huge money in return for you.
Take note: we should consider the good outcome not just for the project but also for yourself.

I hope this 2020 is less scam. I cannot say "I hope no scam" because i think it is impossible.

I think what you have said is more about theft or hacking. Crypto is known by almost everyone. Obviously more attacks on exchanges. Moreover, their security is not improved. Even binance can lose their assets.

Regulations are a must to get rid of scam but it will not be easy and fast. This technology is pretty new and there are tons of gaps.
I think people should be informed more and well about this new technology. Social media should also be controlled better, tons of scammers are using social media...

There is nothing to be done, too many more scammers are creating cryptocurrency companies to collect as much money as possible and then simply disappear with this money, but many governments are already struggling with this and soon there will be much less scammers.

What should we do now? even those top and high caliber crypto exchange platforms are being victimized by hacking. how about us the ordinary cryptocurrency users, BTW those summary of reports that you mentioned are happening in different situation others are losing money because of hacking, while others from exit scam ICO's and many other forms of fraudulent activities. Because cryptocurrency is using the internet the vulnerability remains high since no system is perfect all was subjected to flaws and errors. others also become a victim from Phishing websites.  we as crypto users also responsible for the safety of our funds that's why we should observe vigilance all the time.
