Shouldn't we stop promoting shit project?

We bounty hunter do hard work to promote any crypto project. But If you notice carefully nowadays many projects don't want to pay after working for them. I think we need to stop promoting those shit projects that don't have any intention to pay their workers.

Not all projects do such things to bounty participants. There are some who pay participants even though the value of their tokens is dumped due to bad market. Use other methods to search for crypto besides the bounty. Like a lot of airdrop and easy to do.

Nowadays most of the airdrop is scam. You still think airdrop is also a good idea beside bounty?

I completely agree with you, but unfortunately it is very difficult to understand which bounty company will not pay at the end of the bounty, so you have to try to participate in the bounty companies until the very end and hope that the promised payment will come.

Then there should be a system that project needs to pay first then when the bounty will end then the bounty manager will distribute the token and thread will monitor all this. Any project or bounty manager will violate these rules then the thread will take necessary step for them.

That's the best thing to do, but we should consider if the project that we promote was able to raised some money, But if not will thats consider a failure and failure is part of being a bounty hunter. But in the event when those projects that we promote is has successfully raise the soft cap and still there not paying us, well the bounty hunters can make a certain action against those project if we want to.

You should have been conscious long ago. It's better to be thorough before you promote their project. Do not let your hard work not paid off. There are still many projects like that. Giving promises to be registered in a large exchange. The reality is not like that.

We can't identify the scam project whether we like it or not. Somehow, yes, but most of the time we are victims. The result of IEO/ICO will determine the rewards. Unwanted result for gving our best and put some efforts and then everything fade.

I used to attend tons of bounties whether they are shit or not which was a huge mistake. Right now I read about the project that I attend the bounty and get to know it. Which is why I have only 1 or 2 bounties attending. Which is definitely better and safer. Everyone should be careful before attending bounties

Of course, we must stop it if from the beginning we know they won't pay us. But most projects offer sweet/interesting payments at the beginning, they just suddenly ignore it once the bounty ends. It can't be helped. Some hunters, despite having bad experiences in previous bounties, will still keep on joining. The thinking is like this "If they pay, great; If they don't, just move on to the next". It is kind of a slave mentality which these projects know all too well. The need for money is too strong for many hunters that they will continue to gamble on these altcoin campaigns.

I've experienced that. It is very sad when the project is successful and their team does not give what they should pay for bunty participants. But this I use for experience and makes me more able to choose projects that are good and have quality.

At the moment, it is impossible to guess who will pay you and who will not. Unfortunately, all our activities are based on honesty and no more. And it happens that when the work is already done, we find out that they will not pay us.

Our problem is how do we know that they will not pay the bounty hunters? Thats the main problem but still we should stop promoting shitty/fraud projects, it will damage the industry as a whole. But I think there will be a solution to this, bounty managers should always escrowed the allocated bounty tokens.
