When average Americans receive such stimulus, I believe they will channel it to BTC instead.

i think that one of the main reason ethereum never hit over 400 to 500 usd is because of the tough competition it is facing from top similar projects. projects like atom, eos, elrond, stellar. recently ada want to join the proof of stake platform. these and many more are the reason ethereum might remain below 4oousd price mark.

I think It is joke, not relevant prediction. Ethereum price is 563 USD today, I think Ethereum will not touch 10k -12k for the next several years. Ethereum will touch around 759-1000 USD at the next year, It is more relevant than your prediction.
