Libra is best than the BTC?

Still , Libra didn't enter in market , this is still a pending project more than a year . Libra is going be a stable coin , I didn't think that we should compare libra with Bitcoin .

Looks like this ratio is 1% compared to 99%, if you look at the calculations available.

We can assume if Bitcoin has become 99% it is because it has become the parent of all crytpocurrency and we don't need to ask anymore about that.
Let's try to see LIBRA which is only 1% with no breath in the form of Bitcoin, is this the same equality?

The Libra coin, even if it is issued, cannot bring profit to its owners, as it is only a stablecoin. This project was relevant a year ago, but lost its relevance due to numerous problems with regulators and delayed release, as well as due to the expected massive appearance on the cryptocurrency market of stable coins of states, that is, their digitized currencies.
Libra could not even theoretically compete with bitcoin.

Prediction to Libra coin is a normal thing but I think those people who predicted Libra best coin than bitcoin doesn't know what they are talking about. Bitcoin price rally higher than altcoins, Libra will be included in the list.

No, bitcoin is still the best in Crypto currency now. Bitcoin is number one and I see bitcoin has shown good performance at the Crypto market. Libra is better in technology but Bitcoin is still super ior and biggest community.  it is my opinion.

Libra becomes everyone's focal point. But where is Libra now? I don't see any progress from Libra.
Currently, the price of YFI has exceeded the price of Bitcoin even though it is still new, but Libra was discussed several years ago, but until now it does not exist.
