Investing big in ethereum... great idea or not?

Yes, I agree about investing in Ethereum in large numbers depending on your courage to invest because large amounts of it are a risk if there is a loss in investment. But my advice if you don't know and learn about Etherem investing you should do it in a certain amount and don't to large because now ethereum is at a very high selling price.

I think for now it could be a very good idea because of the very high price conditions of Ethereum and there will be an event in December where ethereum launches ethereum 2.0, meaning that there will be a breakthrough that can make the price more expensive.

If you have great money, I think It is good idea to invest in ethereum now. Ethereum is going strong now. Ethereum price is 508 USD , I predict it will reach around 609-750 USD at the next year. I always believed in ethereum.

If you really have a lot of capital why not just invest in Bitcoin? I think Ethereum is the second choice. Where if there is not enough capital for Bitcoin, then you can buy Ethereum.

At the moment every one knows that ether probably begins to bull run in the market. Today the price of the coin is $529 i think this is not so high. So at this moment any one can buy Ethereum and make profit.

I am not sure what a large investment is, to me an investment greater than $1K is considered large.
And I'm investing largly in ETH, as I think the price of ETH will go up sharply and reach ATH once ETH 2.0 is launched.
Just like BTC is Crypto King, ETH is Altcoins King.
