Best altcoin? Maybe you forgot ethereum as the top in terms of technology and market price. Ripple is good faster and lower fee. The only thing they did not have is the ability of a decentralized smart contract. For me eth is much more useful as you can see the relevance of their platform to different platform. Agree or not ripple can be just fall down on the line of top coins.
