新任央行行长易纲在博鳌论坛上表示，货币政策是服务于实体经济的。虚拟货币对实体经济的服务比较少，甚至有投机、洗钱的行为，中国对虚拟货币比较谨慎。我国对数字货币的研究是走在前面的，主要探讨如何服务实体经济、安全发展。总体来说，对虚拟货币的监管非常严格，同时也在研究如何发挥数字货币正能量。
