personally I consider very big dips of bitcoin as a buying opportunity. I always buy the dips when people fear and control myself to FOMO in case there is a pump. Im sure people will realize in the future the importance of bitcoin and soon they will regret that they did not buy while its cheap.

Buying opportunity can happen anytime, it depends on your target. If you target for a short term, I don't think you need to wait for a specific time. This time Bitcoin price is going to decrease, but it always increase a bit daily. So, traders have a chance to take profits.
