I do not think that the new reserve world currency, if it appears, will be just a decentralized cryptocurrency. States and their governments will not do this. But a stable coin of states or their associations has a certain chance. This will depend on the state of the economies of countries after they emerge from the state of struggle against coronavirus and the economic crisis. It may even become China's digital yuan.
