The last time I checked he said something about how many times he has gone to jail and the countries he has been convicted. So he just wants to trend, I don't think Satoshi knows him he is focused on virus and internet security. He just acquired a little knowledge of Bitcoin invested and wouldn't let people rest.

I doubt if McAfee really knows who Satoshi is. And he was likely just playing a drama by saying receiving a call. If he really knows about Satoshi identity, then he should reveal it without worries of someone's call or whatever. He can contact the police if they got a threat by someone.
