I think the plunge phase is far gone. Bitcoin is really bulish now and stands stably above USD 9000. Even Grayscale, a Wallstreet based company is buying 1.5 times the amount of bitcoin being mined. It's no surprise if whales smell the flesh and do exact the same thing.
