Wave goodbye to stuck transactions on Ethereum

Rockside has launched a transaction relay service that promises to eliminate stuck Ethereum transactions.
Say goodbye to stuck transactions on the Ethereum blockchain.

Rockside, a Parisian blockchain company founded in 2018, this week released a free version of software to get rid of stuck transactions.

Stuck transactions are transactions that don’t get processed, usually because users haven’t paid enough money to get miners to prioritize their transaction.

"Through its API, Rockside also offers “gasless” transactions. These use gas provided by the developer of the DeFi protocol that cover users’ gas fees for simple interactions with the blockchain."

I understand that Rockside will add gas from DeFi, but this will not increase the network capacity. It's like in the store there are only 5 apples that 10 children want to buy. Only the 5 highest bidder can eat apples, so even if you give extra money, there will be 5 hungry boys.
I think Rockside is just a service to increase the competition in ensuring the transaction speed for Rockside members, not the whole community.
New sharding & plasma solutions are the ones that really help increase the capacity of the Ethereum network.
