Really !! Becuase I didn't suffer from any problems like this . Immediately whenever I doing post my activities is increased with +1 . I think there is some technical problems behind it , wait for sometime or tag admin in your post .

Ofcource , their is some requirements of time also , I think their is minimum time for upgrade rank from member to full member is one month .
Just wait for some time and continue increasing in your activity .
