Tron Arbitration Challenged in Hostile Work Environment Lawsuit

A legal challenge is calling on a court to overturn an order allowing the central organization developing the Tron cryptocurrency to privately litigate a lawsuit through arbitration.

Richard Hall and Lukasz Juraszek, employees fired from the Tron Foundation last year, filed a writ of mandamus with the First District Court of Appeal in California in San Francisco on June 17 to reverse arbitration in a lawsuit alleging wrongful termination and hostile work practices at BitTorrent, a file-sharing service acquired in 2018 by the Tron Foundation. In March the San Francisco Superior Court approved the Tron Foundation’s and BitTorrent’s request to settle the lawsuit in arbitration instead of in court.

Then after that Richard Hall and Lukasz Juraszek submitted a request for arbitration to the California court for the TRON and BitTorrent issues, it seemed that this case was a revenge from the two of them to TRON.

I am hoping that they settle this problem out of court. Richard and Lukasz can use their own experience and expertise while staying with BitTorrent to have their own projects and contribute a lot in the development of cryptocurrency and related technologies and applications.

Where were TRON officials when TRON had problems with its subordinate coin, BitTorrent?

I am still waiting for the best information from TRON and for the matter in the California courts and this I am waiting for the resolution of this matter, not to show off my strength in the eyes of the Court Law.

I am hopeful that they will get the verdict of the court on their own.  I think they are intact towards their own self-confidence skills.  Otherwise they would not have done so.  They did your job because they did it with confidence.  They have gained their spread with their various applications.

This thread was written in July 2020 and now it is at the end of November, I hope that the two disputes over this issue are over.
Don't let TRON vs Richard Hall and Lukasz Juraszek continue to be hostile because even if they continue to be enemies and the problem is not over yet, it seems very unethical in the world of cryptocurrency.
