We all know, every businesses have risk. But if the new coin have good team  and project , I think It is not risky, maybe prospective and will have  bright future. I have invested and hold several new coin like STC, AME and ETNA.I believe It will have good future. That's my opinion.

No risk No reward, and I also believe that there are lots of new projects that have turned out to be good in terms of their price and are doing well in the exchanges too especially as I have noticed on Binance exchange and like you said, It could be that it is because of the exchange Binance which they where listed on. But yes, there are new crypto projects worth investing in thogh every crypto investment is risky.
