the project you promote 2years back can still come up and give you awesome reward, delays takes place sometimes that makes project team keep postponing listing on exchanges,  imagine promoting a project in 2018 paid you big reward in 2020 after you've already zero your mind that it's over? I want bounty hunters in the house to verify this, true or false??

Anyways, do not underestimate projects you promote a year or two years ago, they can still pay up and secondly do not leave or exit their telegram channel no matter how many years it's been, if you do you might be denied of your rewards

For me it is possible to happen when the team did not abandoned the project. Keep working in the silent until everything's ready. Time to open the party and start the celebration of success despite some members leave. However, the actual scenario is different because seldom project get back to business from long time silence.

As long as the project is still keeping its improvement, then what you said can be possible. But if the team members have gone and no update anymore, don't expect about the rewards anymore. To honest, it rarely happened that the projects give you rewards lately. Many of them have been scams already.

You maybe right but I don't think many people would pay enough attention to the projects they promoted 2 years ago. 2 years is a long journey in this fragile cryptocurrency market. A project can be born, shine and then dead during that 2-year time. For me, I only watch a project for 8-10 months after bounty. After that, I spend my attention for other better projects.

Yes, this is quite possible. The projects can really be taking time to take off and will not be part of the fast-rising ones. In the normal world, start-ups can be taking years before they can be stable and profitable. Many times, we in the world of cryptocurrency are just thinking of weeks and months and not in years.

One thing for sure mate, the bounties of late 2017 & how profitable they were, won't happen again.
I remember some bounties can pay you more than $1000 worth of tokens, old good days.
Are there still some good bounties today? Yes of course but the payments isn't the same anymore unfortunately since most of them use the bounty platforms now which make the bounty hunters reward goes to the ground with the presence of many people willing to do the Slave Work.

I personally barely do some bounties now & i calculate my Stake infront to see if it's worth it or not.

I immediately thought of ElonCity's Bounty campaign ^^
Their campaign ended a long time ago, maybe 2 years ago, I thought the project failed or betrayed the bounty hunters, and they have announced to prepare to disburse the bounty pool.
I don't know what the reason is, but being late to 2 years like what you said is unacceptable. Bounty hunters will not participate in the bounty campaign if they know that after two years they will receive a reward for their efforts.
The freezing of tokens from bounty to protect the market should only be conducted for 6 months.
Most bounty managers promise to distribute the tokens after the bounty campaign ends or when the Token-Sale ends.

There are many projects that were completed 2 to 1 year ago. But their roadmap is too late to bring those coins to market due to long winds. And it is too late to distribute. So the project was completed two years ago and they are now available for payment.

I dont know in other bounty hunters experiencies but my own encounters will tell that not all projects that delayed their bounty payments or listing is worth to wait, Im one of the promoters of the project Digital Bits  in 2019 But they dont pay its promoters they use to collect the KYC data of all participants but still they dont pay til now so DigitalBits is an example of worst and greedy project to date.

Very rare seeing an honest project or bounty managers. Some add laws that are not present. For example, they can tell you that you didn't get stakes since you didn't add hashtags to your retweets, but it was not states on the bounty rules. Hunting these days are risky

There are few projects who hosted bounty campaigns in 2018 and paid 2 years later with good value to their tokens. Recently, BZRX unlocked tokens and many hunters gained more than $2000 each. Sometimes some project team works on development slowly and may finally pay off. If a project is not dead or abandoned by project team then hunters may still have hope.
