It's easier said than done. No one expected BTC to crash to 3.6k this year during this pandemic period and what is the assurance that it will never repeat itself. Crypto investment is a high risk game that can make you depressed if gone wrong especially when you invest funds that is very important.

Bitcoin is so volatile and hence anything is possible, it can go as you predicted up there, sideways or even lower. The future is uncertain

 Loan are given with interest rate for certain period of time what do you intend to do if bitcoin falls below 5k?

I am not agree with you because in Crypto currency market no one can say that price will be up or down. But assume what can be next. This is a matter of uncertainty. If you want to invest only for profit then I say you should not do it but if you carry the loss then you can invest.

Well, it will be very difficult finding anyone who can trust an anonymous person online and offer to give you any loan without any form of collateral. You best bet will be to find out if some of these cryptocurrency exchanges that offer lending systems will be kind enough to offer you a loan. Good luck..
