My friend gave some tokens to me in 2017 but the price of the tokens went down. Hold is a good decision if we don't have time to trade, but getting profits in trading is faster, all options are with the investor, Hold is good for coins like Bitcoin, but to get profits like ROI Solana requires a lot of courage, because only coins listed on Tier 1 exchanges have enough liquidity to pump up the coin price

What HODLING mean? If you are referring to holding then I want to say it's all about holding a token with real utilities. If you hold a token that has no use case then you could lose all of your capital. I think the top 50 coin is safe for the long term but BTC and ETH are the safest. Crypto is actually all about holding and patience.

I have read several opinions about holding, they said holding.is the winner.
But we should know which coins that you hold.

The truth about crypto currency is that it is more about hodling, technically, crypto is hodling.
Most people that has been able to take profit from crypto currency trade or investment are those that have mastered the act of hodling.

Knowing when to hodl, when not to hodl is an important skill you need.
