if you are new to this app, you need to explore the functionality of it. I have a wallet in myether but all of those were imported to my metamask account. i think, they are just seminar function, you just look for add token function and if you knew how to add it in the browser there will be no reason you can't add them in the app.

You must first download Myetherwallet. Then you have to open with private key. After opening, go to the send option and you will see the custom add at the bottom. Go there and open it. To add a token, you have to add the Myetherwallet token with the decimal contact address and sambole of that token.
