i do understand if i want to increse the quantinty of my BIcoin i need to shift my found in ALtcoin, as they can go up faster, and then sell to buy more bitcoin, however my question is how do i find the upcoming Coin/token to study them and pick the ones that i think will perfom the best?

i found a website called ICODROPS but i'm not sure if this is the way? is there other ways any suggestion?

I suggest it's better to choose coins that do IEO program because they are already on the market. Chose IEO in big markets like Binance, Probit, Etc

You can also study the coinmarket cap and check time tested projects that has been in its low.  Just make sure the #DevelopmentTeam  are active and it has a good enough community to drive the price up, a good daily volume is one of the factor to consider too.  These active altcoin with high trading volume but suffered a setback, may one day to regain their previous prize and possibly break their previous ATH.  Of course a thorough study of the market is needed on this.

You can go all big exchanges where they give upcoming news of their IEO and at the same time you can go to telegram to get news of their IEO. You also can take help of google for news and every team of IEO must at first give web news so that you can take help from it.

Agree! Or you can also spot a good project by following a trusted bounty manager. Airdrops are too risky if you want to invest but if you want to gather any different band of altcoins airdrop is good but expect that your wallet will be a nest of shitcoins.
