Waves is an old coin, so it's normal while AMPL and YFI are Defi base tokens so I'm not bothering myself about it, as we know that there is a Defi craze or hype others call it a bubble or whatever they call it still its sounds like a warning to me thats why I'm not looking too much about Defi base tokens unless I have an interest about that project.

 I know that YFI is one of top gainer coin of the week . I also got a hint that that YFI pumping but accidentally I lost this opportunity .
Mostly time I invest in those altcoins who listed on top ranked exchages like ( binance etc ) .

For investment, I prefer waves over YFI even though the price is extraordinary, the movement is, either because of the supply which is only 30k or just hype.  defi is the talk of the moment

I agree, and when these bubble burst, we will see lots of investors crying of disappointment losing their investment on some short term spike.  I hope people will get out of those hype being able to bag profit.  It is a sad thing to see investors being used and leeched to dry by market manipulators..

Same here, I would rather avoid project that are currently overhyped.  It is much wiser to invest on projects that are still active, time proven and not some project that rides only on the current trend and hype.

YES i think it will last for long just like traditional banking has controlled the fiat market, the DEFI projects will dominate the blockchain business for long and people will make money from it.

Although, there are many different types of altcoins in the market. I think someone altcoins,couldn't success to running due to covid-19 not only altcoins, almost all type of business failed to give the good earnings.
