For such a large exchange, these are significant, but not critical losses.  I think, even for the sake of maintaining their authority, they will compensate everything in full.  The prestige is expensive.

you do not need to worry because bitcoin you will be replaced by kucoin if your balance has been taken so you do not need to worry or panic stay calm because bitcoin you should be safe and bitcoin is still the same you just pray you do not lose your money myself have to withdraw to the wallet so asset of all is safe.

I just checked my account on Kucoin. And I have everything there. I don't have too much on this exchange. I recommend everyone to hold their coins on the hardware wallets. I know that sometimes it is necessary to move them on the exchange (when you want to trade). But I also know some people who are always holding their coins on the exchanges. Don't do that!

As far as I know, kucoin gave updates to their users where their assets will be safe to their own wallet. Only for the meantime, the deposit, and withdrawal are both temporarily suspended while they are resolving the issues. And according to also to other users of Kucoins their own coins still in the wallet were it was stored.

I heard about it , this is really bad sign that Kucoin haven't tight security . I checked my wallet I have some VI coin their . I really shocked that my fund still their .
I think hackers steal those coin who have highly worth in it . Due to this hack alot of coin lost their value as well volume . Hopefully Kucoin users get back their fund.

Quite unfortunate for a big exchange like Kucoin to be hacked easily. On the good side of the news, the wallet housing the stolen USDT has been frozen, all thanks to Kucoin team and supportive roles played by supporting companies as well.

I read all announcement of kucoin team management. Hackers hacked $150 million equivalent assets but they keep promises that they refund the hacked money to the investors and traders.
