Dear kiwa, answering your both questions: as we announce on all our social networks, the official opening of the protocol will take place after the Tier 1 exchanges will confirm their support for our fork and the BTCU coins will be listed on those exchanges. At the stage we are currently now, both the BTCU funds and the network are blocked. This is because load and manual tests of the network are carried out in order to get a stable network to work. At the next stage of the BTCU launch, the users will have access to their BTCU funds, as well as to their BTCU wallets for any of the available platforms. We are in the process of negotiating with Binance, Huobi, KuCoin, & Okex to support the fork. On the other hand, cryptocurrency exchanges like Liquid, Probit, Yobit, Coinsbit, Biki, P2Pb2b, LocalTrade, Folgory, Bitforex, BiOne, Alterdice, LBank have already declared their support for the fork, we are expecting the BTCU coins to be listed on those exchanges pretty soon.
