Mobile wallet - Comfort vs Security ?

I think mobile wallets are very easy and comfortable to use. They allow you a very fast and convenient way to access your coins, since most people carry their mobile device with them anyway. On the downside, mobile wallets are the least secure form of Bitcoin wallets. When downloading an Android wallet for Bitcoin this means that the private key will be stored on your mobile device. And if the device goes missing, so does the private key.

 

I think the biggest problem when using a mobile wallet is in case your device gets stolen. In such a case, an experienced hacker might gain access to your coins quicker than you will be able to recover them.

well i agree with what you say, it's like myetherwallet wallet, while for mobile wallets I use a trust wallet.

You are right, the convenience of a wallet to store crypto on a smartphone and I am an android user, I use some kind of code to open certain applications and I use that for my crypto wallet application.

well I totally agree with what you say, trust wallets can be a good choice for mobile wallets.

I think it's better if we have a back up private key before we install the wallet application on the android or smartphone we use. because if we lose the Andrid we still have a back up for our wallet.

I make sure that it is more prone to use car wallets because most scams can be smuggled through social media which we always use on our cellphones. Besides specifically providing mobile phones for crypto needs, it can be more secure. combined with the daily use of telecommunications necessities is clearly more dangerous.

actually the security of the wallet depends on how we can do the best safeguard so that no one tries to steal from our ignorance and unpreparedness to reveal so that no break-in occurs. usually because we don't want to try to ensure that this doesn't happen, by doing the very thing that is determined in the security of the wallet. it costs more if you really want to be sure it's safe, or you can afford to avoid self-made carelessness.

Well yeah, a Mobile wallet is a comfortable wallet to be used because it can be managed everytime without spending time again to open the laptop. But about the security, it will be risky if sometimes our device is lost and people can track the key and get our funds. here, I always prefer to use a desktop wallet such as electrum

I rarely use mobile wallets, I think desktop wallets much better. In my opinion, security is always the priority to choose the place keeping our crypto assets. I don't say comfort isn't important but the priority should be security first before the other considerations.

Having a mobile wallet gives you a sense of comfort because you don't have to carry large amounts of cash everywhere. and also safer from robbery. However, there is a danger if you cannot protect the mobile wallet. because hackers must also exist. So continuing to be careful is an option. Both have the same risk of being lost.

People are desiring convenience and easy access which mobile wallets are providing in an instant -- at our fingertips, as they are saying. However, security is always paramount as convenience can be nothing if the mobile wallet is not secured. There should be a way to protect one's wallet when the mobile device is lost or stolen. And I think there are now some wallets who are both working on these two basic features -- convenience and security not compromising one over the other.
