Both are different and one is people's trust and another one is market manipulation. We can not judge a project only by seeing its price. BTC is the father of all crypto currency but on the other hand YFI just a DeFi project that somehow manages to attract investors to its platform.

i wont buy the idea of YFI to surpass bitcoin. its just a hype that created to surpass the price of bitcoin but at the end it wont even close to btc adoption and popularity. BTC is way far from FYI and i dont think yfi can match up to BTC even after several years.

You were saying that everything on YFI is getting hype .Its really true that it could be hype but it still a genuine idea of crypto platform .However some investor still don't want to buy it but i think if you got it in low price fill it it on your big to get a huge bull run for sure.

I think Bitcoin will not be overthrown by YFI despite in some times YFI value is higher than Bitcoin. Even though Bitcoin will decline, it wouldn't be defeated by YFI or any altcoins. Btc will stay as the king of Cryptocurrencies sphere.

YFI was very popular when the price was able to surpass Bitcoin, even the price of YFI was very high at that time.  But when we look at the market volume between Bitcoin and YFI, then Bitcoin is too strong to go beyond.  Bitcoin volume is very much higher than YFI. For that reason Bitcoin is the number 1 Cryptocurrency that will not be beat by other coins, even though it has a price that is more expensive than Bitcoin.

Still I am believe that bitcoin is Just a best coin in my list . Yfi is also a premium coin , I also liked yfi because it's total supply is very low . Their is higher chance that it's price going to moon soon .
I still have some Amount of bitcoin as well yfi in my wallet as a long-term investment .

The YFI currency is new, the total supply is low. And DeFi has improved a lot since it was a new surprise. So I think Bitcoin is the best currency. You can't suppress Bitcoin with any token or coin. So I don't think it's fair to compare these two currencies.

Price can't be the reason the coin is better, the coin is said to be quality based on its technology and usability, bitcoin has been showing that since 2009, and YFI? I haven't seen anything of value other than the price on the YFI coin.
