I'm bit behind the recent EPL affairs but just learnt about Chelsea's new manager.
Replacing Pochettino with Maresca is a weird move given it was Pochettino's first year with the club and he had a really good end of the season, indicating that things were starting to work out. In fact, everyone still has big question marks over the end of Pochettino's collaboration with Chelsea after Pochettino succeeded in bringing positive changes to the Chelsea squad. There are those who think that Pochettino is the one who wants to leave because maybe he and the club owner have a slight difference of opinion. And there are also those who think otherwise. What is clear is that Pochettino and Chelsea decided to terminate the contract based on a joint decision and not unilaterally. that's the content of the news circulating. But there is no clarity behind it.

Chelsea want to find a more instant coach because with the coach for the first season failing then not satisfied they will fire back, we know Poch at the end of the season made a pretty good change but it all failed the owner's expectations so it's better to find a new coach than keep him.
Maresca will not necessarily be better maybe the fate at the beginning of his career with Chelsea will be the same as Poch, but if he is given the opportunity at least 3 seasons then the results will be seen.

I don't have any expectations of him, I never even heard of him until a few months ago.
But I am open to changes, bring Chelsea to the top and Enzo will have fans' loyalty.
Give the fans all they want and the fans will give him all.

I also think the same. I don't understand why Chelsea management sacked Pochettino, he already showed a good progress in managing Chelsea. This team was out of the top 10, Pochettino leads them to finish in the 6th place. It is surely a big improvement for Chelsea team, they almost finished in the Europa league zone. If Pochettino can keep the good performance of Chelsea in the next season, they can finish the season in the top 5. But unfortunately, Chelsea management sacked him with no clear reason. 

TBH, I am also not really sure with Maresca. This manager only won 1 small trophy in small competition (2nd level competition in England). I think Pochettino is still better than Maresca. This just makes Chelsea to finish the next season in lower position. I am worried that Chelsea will be out of the top 10 again.

This is indeed a controversial decision and many parties actually doubt this decision. Because if you look at his experience, Pochettino definitely makes more sense than Maresca. but that has all happened. Even if he works hard, I doubt the coach Didier Deschamp will give him the first team role fully. The fact that Deschamp doesn't use him often is not without reason, Deschamp has expressed his opinion on Saliba, saying that, ""He is having a good season, but he also does things that I don’t like so much".

I doubt that the coaches opinion of him will change soon, Maybe Saliba will play more if France get another coach who recognizes the quality that Saliba can bring to the team.

I bet if you own Chelsea, with what Pochettino played this season, you wouldn't like your team to be in his hands for next season, no way those guys can do more than what they have done this season, it's better that he has been change for another player to take effect, at a least let's see some changes with new person.

Pochettino decision of becoming Chelsea manager was rushed because how Lampard was replace with the previous manager was quick and nothing really change for the team and even now nothing changes for now. Who knows when they will ever get to the next Champions League, no hope for now but perhaps if they do well this season, they will have a chance by 2026.
