Arsenal is one of the teams that I hope can compete next season. The reason is that they already have good capital with their squad, Arteta has been in the team for quite a long time and it is hoped that this can form better chemistry between himself and the players, or player and player.

This is one of the important assets for a team to build chemistry, because one thing that can bring success is good chemistry that the team has.

Arteta's squad contains good players, they are always the main players in their respective national teams, such as Declan Rice, Bukayo Saka, Aaron Ramsdale in the England national team, Trossard for Belgium, Saliba for France, and even Odegaard debuted in the senior Norwegian at the age of 15 years 253 days.
So there is no doubt that Arsenal will be a strong contenders for the Premier League next season, but just being a contender is not enough, it's time to win the competition.
Win it. No more excuses...
The work they have to do is the level of consistency they have to improve. because in some matches they lost it and it resulted in them having to lose points, that is one of the problems they still have.

Even though this season their consistency has improved, they must be able to improve even more. I really believe that if they can maintain that then they will become champions and can break defending champions Manchester City.

Agree. The Gunners suffered five defeats this season, two of which were defeats to Aston Villa in home and away matches.
The Gunners could become Premier League champions this season if only they won this match.

But now the Arsenal squad looks more mature. Young players already understand what it takes to become champions. Their winning mentality is also starting to form.
And next season I hope they perform even better.

This is thanks to the trust that Arsenal gave Arteta, because they did not rush in making the decision to fire Arteta when they experienced something bad. Arteta is slowly being able to provide answers to the trust he has placed in him.

Most of their players have been together for a long time, so that is an advantage because they will definitely be able to form better chemistry. Now they just need to execute it well.

After battling with the Premier League title for two consecutive seasons with Manchester City, Arsenal's mentality of winning the PL trophy has to change for the good to the point knowing that they are no longer only a young football team full of talented players but also the next top contestant for the Champions League and Premier League next season. By next season, they can be opportune to lift the Premier League, beating Manchester City and other teams to that

Arsenal's performance this season is actually not bad, in fact it could be said to be good and very competitive with Man City and also Liverpool. And they almost won the EPL, yes these are the words, "almost won". At least these 2 seasons they have almost won. It's just that the consistency and mentality of the Arsenal players really need to be improved. because, often, they lose and actually lose chances at critical moments. And especially, they didn't lose to a top club. This is what sometimes makes Arsenal's consistency not as good as Man City. Meanwhile, in the EPL, big clubs are required to be excellent in performance, ready and mentally strong, solid throughout the team, and of course, consistent in every match to continue to be able to optimize all opportunities.

But what else? Hopefully, Arteta is still at Arsenal and they will return to learning to build their ruins again next season. Arteta still becomes the best and most suitable coach for Arsenal, we also acknowledged Arteta's performance so far.

Enzo Maresca, the new coach, has a new player who he just signed to beef up Chelsea's defense from Fulham on a free transfer, by the name of Tosin Adarabioyo.
source

I'm not familiar with this name. Is Tosin Adarabioyo a strong defender?
I just checked the information of this player in transfermarkt, there is nothing special about this player. He is already 26 years old, he just played with small teams and Man City U23. I don't understand why Maresca signs this player.  :-\

https://www.transfermarkt.com/tosin-adarabioyo/profil/spieler/258878

The coach will want to get integrated into the team as quickly as he can. His first few games will be very important, he has to quickly live up to the expectations. Chelsea still have Benjamin Sesko from Leipzig on their radar; he is an absolute striker.
Every new coach will do it, it is needed to integrate and adapt with the team soon. It won't be easy, most Chelsea players are new players. Maresca needs to know how to make them be a solid team in a short time. I think Maresca doesn't need to buy too many players if the current players are strong enough. He only needs to buy few players that are very needed for the team. Benjamin Sesko is a good player, but Chelsea already has Jackson and Broja. Is this player really needed for the team?  :-\

Chelsea already made their choice and the next manager awaiting his fate is Erik Ten Hag as reports says that Man United are expected to make their decision this week. He's likely to be out because I also read the co-owner (Jim Ratcliffe) having meetings with potential replacement and Thomas Tuchel is reported to be one of them.

Tuchel? I don't think so. He wants to take a break from football after his exit from Bayern.

Yeah. Manchester United needs a thorough evaluation after their declining performance last season, and Ten Hag is considered the culprit behind  United's decline in performance.
However, Ten Hag's dismissal compensation is not cheap, almost the same as his salary for one season.
And I think, Management doesn't need to rush to make a decision, at least until they find a better coach.

It seems that Mikel Arteta will continue to handle Arsenal and is still trusted by management, even though he has failed in winning the EPL trophy for two seasons, but on the other hand he has been able to be consistent in these two seasons and continues to tighten Man City in each season, even though Arsenal has always been in the top two seasons. losers but Mikel Arteta remains loyal to maintaining Arsenal's game even though he always loses important moments, what you said is correct is that Arsenal just lack fighting spirit and their mentality is not yet completely strong, their mentality always drops unexpectedly and often loses points in important matches, of course this must be corrected. change to that style of play next season.

At least Mikel Arteta must continue to pay attention to the players' stamina and mentality so that they remain stable and consistent in every match, whether it is an important match or not, at least continue to get stable points so that the competition can be won at the end of next season.

Well, maybe next season the troops that Arteta has built will really be a team that can end Man City's dominance in the Premier League. Man City continues to win the Premier League trophy in 4 consecutive seasons. And I think next season Man City will no longer be successful in doing so. considering that Arsenal this season has developed rapidly. And maybe next season Arsenal will be even better. Their mentality in the season that has just ended was not very good, especially in the UCL. but I'm sure next season Arsenal will be better prepared mentally for the UCL.

It's not about trust issues, he did made a good delivery after how many years Arsenal didn't make any progress in the Premier League and then all of a sudden, someone who ones played for the club understand how the team could succeed, anyone would be down for him and he was able to process the same this season just that he wasn't able to finish again but he can still try again.

It not for the best players Guardiola has in Manchester City, no matter his tactics in professional coaching, he would find it difficult to win the Premier League, even if the table is switched, I'm not sure he can make a delivery Arteta did for Arsenal.

Tuchel? I don't think so. He wants to take a break from football after his exit from Bayern.
Based on what I read, he's interested. He'll likely to be out of the list not because he wanted to rest but because he's already making demands in the talking stage. The problem is that Tuchel wants United to buy a player from Real Madrid that he used to work with. That is like a package deal and it's not going to be cheap for sure.

The Man United club is actually in confusion at the moment. Because they are having difficulty finding a suitable replacement to replace Ten Hag. Several well-known coaches have actually started to be approached and yes, Tuchel's name is also there. But actually the progress doesn't look so good. There is even the name Zidane who was approached by the Man United club. But it seems that it is very difficult to find a coach who is ready to replace Ten Hag there. In mid-June, it is reported that Ten Hag's fate will be decided there. But if a potential replacement is not found there then perhaps Ten Hag will be retained for at least one more season.

In my opinion, this is closely related to trust, because that is one of the things that makes a team retain a coach. If that is not belief then what is Thomas Tuchel's experience with Chelsea called? because Thomas Tuchel is the coach who led them to become champions in the Champions League.

If Arsenal didn't believe in giving Arteta a chance, then they would have fired Arteta long ago. We saw they were even worse at the start of Arteta's coaching, but they still believe in this coach.

Ah, you are right, I read old news :)
Tuchel was closest to the United job but after discussing with Jim Ratcliffe, he's suddenly going on leave.
So the plan is to keep Ten Hag for the final season because he should be the United coach as planned.

Thank goodness Tuchel rejected United. I mean, how do they sack Tuchel at Bayern and we expect him to do wonders at United?
