If I should say, Pochettino has done nobly in Chelsea by assembling Chelsea team players from scratch to make them appear top 7 positions at the end of the just concluded season. It wasn't an easy job if I must confess. Pochettino has to be given some accolades rather than discredit him.

Yes, Pochettino should have been appreciated more and Chelsea given him time, but Chelsea didn't do that and decided to fire him at the end of the season. Maybe Chelsea had other considerations or they weren't patient enough to go through the process.

I hope Chelsea don't regret this decision, because if we go back to the past, they also failed when they fired their coach and had to change coaches many times. I don't think this is good for them.
