It is difficult to defeat Man City, Man City is too dominant in EPL now. I think the only way to defeat Man City is when Guardiola really leaves Man City. I heard Guardiola will leave Man City after his contract is over in the next year. This will be good news for other big teams in EPL. Well, Man City becomes a very strong team under Guardiola management. Guardiola know well to sign proper players for Man City and he can build Man City squad very well. As far as Guardiola is Man City manager/coach, there is no way to expect for a decrease performance of Man City.

No matter how powerful we see Manchester City to be, they also have some weaknesses. One of their major weakness is pressure. They don't like other clubs to pressure them because they don't withstand it. That is the strategy that Klopp has used against him for sometime. When you pressure Manchester City, they will lose the guts to pressure you and thereby balancing the game.

Waiting for Manchester city to drop form is not something that wants to happen any moment. It is better for teams to reinforce than waiting for Manchester City to lose form.

Every big team is on the same page before the season starts, they are all expected to challenge the league
Manchester United is winning the transfer window title this season so far
New assistants, new signings in key areas, and Contract extensions for key players.
Steps in the right direction, it's a foundation for a project, but I can not expect too much.
But not playing in the next Champions League would be to me.
So Arsenal and The Cityzen will still be the two main candidates to win the title next season.

You are right, when Manchester City can give their best, at the same time other teams fail to show good and consistent play, so that opens up opportunities for Manchester City to continue to dominate the English League in the last few seasons. It would be a different story if they had a worthy opponent.

I see football as a game that a club can dominate for some time and that club will fade away giving room to the best to take over dominance.

Last year, after Istanbul, I said ‘it’s over, there’s nothing left’. But I have a contract and I start to think ‘no-one has done four in a row, why don't we try.

I'm surprised that you claim Man City won't be the winner of EPL. IMO, Man City is still the most favorite team to win EPL with their current squad. Even if other teams have bought many new players, it doesn't guarantee they will be more competitive and can beat Man City. It is not easy to build a strong team like Man City, it needs a long process. Guardiola has made great mentality for the whole players as well. I think Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham, and Man United still aren't in the same level with Man City. So, I personally think Man City should have the higher chance to win EPL title or other domestic titles.

It is possible that the competition in the EPL will be tighter, however, I also think that Man City's chance to win the EPL trophy is still big and I believe they will do it again. It's just that, it certainly won't be that easy, as before, the competition in the top 3 will certainly make everything more interesting and challenging.

On the other hand, it seems that for the top clubs, there are not many changes to them. Like Liverpool, which until now has not had a truly top transfer and has a role in the club, there is only Vitezslav Jaros (Goalkeeper, free transfer). It's very positive, it seems that we all have very good expectations about Liverpool, I hope they can do the same in the Premier League , it is presumed that Man City have not dropped their level in the pre-season, and that gives us a way of seeing what this team is going to do, I'm eager to see how Luis Diaz and Mo Salah can turn the team around with this new coach, so in this aspect the fans can expect very good things, I wonder how Aston Villa will do, there are also Many expectations.
