Ruud understands Manchester united playing pattern very well and the players capabilities too. You see how he was able to coach and motivate the players to play with passion and zeal in order for them to bring out the best in them. These are some qualities that Ten Hag has, no good relationship with thw players and he cannot study them properly. It's good that hope has been restored back to the club by Van Nistelrooy, and I expect more victories from Amorim so that United can finish on top four thos season.

Ruud understands Manchester united playing pattern very well and the players capabilities too. Understanding really matters a lot he really do understands and perfect the team patterns and playing of most players and that really brought progress and confidence to the team . Honestly, I think Manchester City's performance this season is complicated. Pep Guardiola needs to plan his tactics before the team's management and supporters start to turn against him and it would be a disappointing if that happened.
Brighton outperformed Manchester City in the second half in terms of passes and shots on target, and Despite Manchester City's defense, Brighton applied pressure that still resulted in goals.They will be an issue at this club because Rodri's absence is always visible in that midfield, which is why it is not ideal to rely on one player. Kovacic is trying, but he is far from doing Rodri's duties in that middle.

Turn against pep?, i don't see that happening. If the management was to turned against him, they ought have done that a long time ago after failing to win the UCL for the club for years. Manchester city's board has always been supportive, and i don't see them sacking pep if eventually he ends up not winning anything this season. I'm not even sure if they even have a better replacement, so i believe they are still very much supportive in times like this. Maybe they might get a proper DM in january, because they've got the money.

As for the brighton game, i think brighton were more dangerous when pedro came on. Their passes was just so accurate that it literally left the city's defense confused. The build up to the last goal was something else, and i guess it wouldn't have happened if Rodri was present.

There's no doubting the fact that Ruud Van Nisterooy did a fantastic job during his spell as the interim manager of Manchester United and deserves all the accolades he's currently getting for improving the club performance as well as restoring the hopes of the club fans. Sadly for the Dutchman, the new manager of the club Ruben Amorim have decided against working with him or any other member of the technical team and will now be working with his own new coaching team.

Do you think that the management won't turn on him? I still believe Pep Guardiola is the best manager in football, and if he leaves Manchester City, it will be hard for the team to reorganize. However, keep in mind that people are dynamic, they can change anytime and despite he has worked hard for the team, if he loses three straight games now, you'll start to hear noises from supporters.

Barcelona former coach Xavi, gave his best and helped the team win both the La Liga and the Supercopa de España trophy in one season.The club was struggling financially and the management was unable to acquire the players he wanted, and he continued to try to advance the team, and the following season, when he didn't perform well, they had to fire him in a disappointing way. I know Manchester City will not fire him, but the noises from fans is something, and it has started.

I think no one expected Ruud to deliver such result. Played about four game's if I remembered correctly, and didn't lose any. Got the first Europa league win this season (what ten hag failed to do). It is very impossible for him to work with Amorim, considering what he has done, and what he knows he can do.

I'm not sure if United will be opportune to get him, if eventually things doesn't work well with Amorim. I believe a club will be very quick in signing Ruud as soon as possible, probably before the end of the January transfer window.

Yes, I think he will stay at Man United, but in the end, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Rene Hake, Jelle ten Rouwelaar and Pieter Morel also left Man United after Amorim arrived at Man United. It is reported that Amorim took his assistant with him, so anyway, there will still be a difference. Therefore, maybe the best way for Nistelrooy and others is to leave and get another good opportunity at another club in the future.

And this will be a challenge for Amorim, especially in the early days of his coaching, of course he will be compared to the results of Ruud van Nistelrooy. Yep.  Ruud van Nistelrooy has left United and won't be joining Rúben Amorim's staff. Ruud has given it his all as a player and coach. Thank you, legend.
Where he goes next is an interesting question but wherever he becomes the club manager one day, I'd like to see him manage the club and do well. All the best to him.
