While the blue side of Manchester seems to be back on track with reported new signings on the way, the red side seems to be stuck with the drama around Rashford. There are new rumors that the possible deal with Barca has fallen off despite the player agreeing to a significant pay cut. I don't see any outrage from Man U fans about the player's omission from the squad. I guess even the fans knew he's been under performing since the past few seasons and they're okay if he's out.

United fans are at a point where they want him gone no matter what. No United fan can deny his laziness, watch any United game from the last seasons and there will be plenty of examples of his downright laziness. The ball is in United.
On the other side, Barcelona do not have the money to sign Marcus Rashford, they have not sold enough players to free up funds.
At this point, Barcelona is just wasting the time of the players and the club because they know they cannot afford to buy players.

Whether it's too early or not, but I want to say goodbye to Southampton for next season. They can only collect 6 points now, and that's a long way from the safe zone.
I don't think they can catch up with the teams that are on the edge of the safe zone. They are the team that conceded the most goals and they are the team that scored the least goals, that's very bad.

You don't believe in miracles? ;D At least now, they can score but the problem is they can't also defend properly ;D

Yeah, hard to recover from where they are now and I also mean that in an emotional sense. Their confidence level is probably still low despite the recent change in manager.

It is true that when a team plays poorly in the course of the season, it becomes very hard for the team to get out of that pressure. The them also underlining fact that the distance to the safe zone is constantly increasing, the chances of the survivor become all the more tougher. Although, anything is possible in football given that there are still games that are yet to be played. However, regarding the number of goals that have been conceded and the fact that it is especially difficult to score goals, this situation only arouse further doubts regarding the chances of their staying in the Premier League. Every team will wish go for the best until the end of the season, but if this fails, then it become a preparation to the next season. In any case, they also make up one subplot of this contest.

Wasn't it obvious from the beginning of the season that they lacked the necessary talent and finances to compete in the league? Southampton will undoubtedly be relegated, as will Leicester City; the remaining place is between Everton and Ipswich, but with Moyes returning to Everton, they may just survive. Leicester City's problem is ownership and lack of accountability. I don’t think many Leicester fans would have expected anything else but a relegation battle this season.
The situation is similar to what the Wolves have experienced. Serious problems with the ownership, and constantly terrible decision-making across the past few years, but at least Leicester has just left the relegation zone.

These teams are having a hard time competing, they don't seem to be fully prepared for the competition in the highest level of competition in England.
One of the reasons is that they lack players who can bring them to achieve something good in the game. Maybe one of them is that they lack money. But I myself don't know for sure what their current financial situation is.

Lack budget spending by the ownership make Leicester City get difficult keep on the top performance and recently one point left from relegation standing position. Leicester City is the premier league promotion teams in this season behind Southampton and Ipswich Town get difficult reach the higher standings place.
Leicester City not take benefit with January window transfer opening and Ruud Van Nistelrooy have adopt his tactician with current players leaving by previous manager. I don't sure with Leicester City possibility will stay at Premier League or not for next season.

Southampton have been promoted to the Premier League quite often but in the end they always didn't manage to stay here for long. And in the end they were more of a team at the bottom of the standings and were relegated quickly. Although there are several seasons where sometimes they manage to stay in the premier league. But yeah it didn't last long and in the end they went back to the bottom of the standings and were relegated. And yes, it looks like Southampton will be the first team to be relegated this season.

Some of the players that have shown talents beyond the team will surely not get relegated with the team if they do because other Premier League sides' or teams in other leagues will be interested in bringing them in. One such player is Dibling.

It is quite unfortunate for Southampton though because the Premier League has become too competitive for them.

We have to say that Southampton, with their current strength, is still not quite ready to compete more closely in the Premier League, they have tried several times. And it seems like they still haven't been able to learn from some of the experiences they have had in the premier league. But I'm sure that when they get relegated this season, in the next few seasons they will come back here and maybe with an even better squad.

Well some good players will come to the attention of big clubs. And it is likely that he will get an offer from a big club. Things like that happen quite often.

Leicester City has been on a downward spiral since they won the Premier League.
Downward coz the shift in transfer strategy, and mismanagement of contracts. They lost key players each season and key backroom staff (analysts, scouts, etc..) which almost certainly impacted the recruitment success.
Leicester fans only expected for mid-table and freedom from the relegation zone this season.
Hopefully, Ruud and Leicester will not be relegated.

Odds makers don't have much confidence in Man City winning tomorrow apparently, but I have some faith in them. If everything clicks and if they avoid stupid mistakes in defence, I can easily imagine them leaving London with 3 points.

If Arsenal don't win on Sunday and if Liverpool beat Bournemouth today (they're x1.73 favourite) and earn 3 points in the derby against Everton on Wed (odds: x1.41), then Liverpool could slowly start celebrating as 11-12 points gap would be just to big for Arsenal to catch up. But I don't think the Bournemouth game will be easy.

Nottingham Forest success opening the games week 24 with the victory after success defeating Brighton Albion over 7-0, its fantastic score victory for Nottingham Forest after defeating by Bournemouth last week over 5-0 and they can recovery back to winning trend keep fight for the top standings position.
Chris Wood make hattrick for this match and recently Nottingham Forest keep pressure Arsenal at the 2nd place position behind both teams have the same points. Interested waiting for with Nott Forest performance how many weeks later keep consistent and defend their Champion League spot standings.

Waoo the premier League is full of surprises and drama who must have believed that Nottingham Forest will be the surprising team this season they have been so impressive and fantastic this season but scoring seven unreplied goals against Brighton and hove albion is one thing that is a wonder for this weekend i now personally believe that Nottingham Forest is a contender for thie league this year I see them making it to the champions League next season because with the way they are playing i see them not moving down from the top four spots this season
