United has been kicked out from FA Cup due to their carelessness and inefficient attack. Assuming, they took advantage of several opportunities that they add in the 120 minutes to score one additional goal. They would have qualified. Poor United, they look like garbage. Zirkzee and Lindelof lost their penalties, what a shame.

Seems Manchester United really disappointed you badly. I never expected any thing from them, so it never cross me off guarded, this is what they do and that's what they will do in Premier League too. The winning games they will be having will probably to delay relegation but I fear the way they are playing, because they are closer to the zone of no return.

Amorin need to make some drastic decisions very soon, it will only get out of hand if they don't take their game serious because it's not even funny seeing they only have Premier League left, and they are playing like scumbags every week.
United is in a rebuilding phase so too much hopes should not be put on them any results that they bring out should be taken in good fate because the fact is that it is going to take a while maybe two to three seasons before Manchester United can develop to the point of challenging for the league for now United fans should be more concerned about the rebuilding project that Amorin has started in the club. It's not going easy for him because in this first season it will be difficult for the team to gel and start performing to the expectations of people

It seems I have to say goodbye to Southampton. Because with the points they have now, it makes them have to be the team that seems to be the first team to be relegated this season.

It's a shame that this season they can't do anything, they continue to experience bad results which ultimately makes them have to be willing to be at the bottom of the standings with 9 points.
Unfortunately is true, Southampton should be first Premier League team will relegation EFL Championship in this season although have 11 matches left but have 13 points left from Wolves as the latest secure position from relegation. Southampton many difficult teams have to face in 11 matches left from Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal and likely difficult to secure three points or defend at premier league for next season.
As promotion teams in this season, Southampton not perform quit well behind 3 won of 27 games, its very poor performance as promotion teams but depend on 11 matches left result will make any magician or become first team will relegation to Championship next season.

Several times they were the team that successfully promoted, but for the English League their ability was still not ready to compete with the tight competition in the English League, finally they had to fight again from the second caste.

This is also actually a lesson for other teams that successfully promoted, where they must prepare as well as possible to be able to compete tightly.

The Saints have endured the worst season in the club's history. Ivan Juric has failed to lift the team and is now facing a job loss sooner than expected. Managers and styles have come and gone, the problems run deeper...
Sorry to see this for Southampton and their fans. :(

Southampton had a good run in the PL for years and They had the best youth academy once upon a time. Their golden period, that's how they will be remembered but don't worry... Not long they will be back soon :)

Well, all fans have to be patient, at least we have to see Man United until the start of next season. Namely when Amorim might be given the opportunity to reorganize the Man United squad according to what he hopes. Some players may be released and some may be brought in. And if the results are still bad even until the end of next season. So I think it can be said that Amorim is not suitable for this team. What is expected may not always be a rapid increase. but slow improvement is even better.

Being patient for a long time is boring. Lol

but anyway this is part of the process Amorin is going through right now, hoping he can last longer by continuing to work on him.

As long as there is enough financially for the club then Amorin will reshuffle the players.

To be fair if it was that easy we'll hear no fuss about the club transfer window or club rebuild. Maybe if the board discloses their plan and what they're planning to do the impatience can decrease a bit, but that's wishful thinking. I also got bored watching Man United discussion on social media because they're trying to paint a picture that Amorim needs to fix the squad quickly without considering everything else and he's a bad manager if he fails to do that. Sometimes football fans are really naive imo.

What United needs now is a total overhauling of the entire united team because there are too many players that are performing below average or to their potentials so united has to be ready in terms of releasing the money so Amorin can buy players that are of good quality that he has in his mind , so united fans will have to wait a bit longer because for now United can't compete favorably with the teams at the top level

During the Erik Ten Hag era, the club's board was too extravagant in purchasing players and many failed, so the current plan is no longer suitable because the club's budget may have been depleted - but I'm not sure about this plan.

Ah it's no longer strange to discuss Manchester United on social media, I make fun of other teams and indeed most fans are naive because of their impatience.

It's so annoying to spend so much money to reform a ckub and the result remains the same. Eric Ten Hag wasted that funds because all the players he bought are not professional enough to play in United. United has one of the inefficient attack among the big clubs and a very weak defense. Amorim came to take over the mess that Ten Hag caused.

^ ;D You have to love the loyal fans when their favorite team is currently struggling. They throw all sorts of chants and accusations like they want everything to be fixed in an instant. They want results! The good one of course. About the manager Amorim, I still think he's doing well working with what he has now and keeping his system.

A great performance in the first leg of the round of 16 of the Champions League by all the 3 remaining Premier League teams.
Aston Villa with an away 3-1 win over Club Brugge is now well-positioned for the 2nd leg next week and most likely will go through to the next stage.
Arsenal have absolutely demolished PSV at home by winning 7-1, so next week's game is just a formality.
It all looked like we would have a goalless draw in PSG Vs Liverpool tonight, but the Reds bagged one in in the 87th minute and now have an advantage ahead of the rematch, but the match stats are bit concerning. It looked like a total dominance by the PSG and an undeserved win by Liverpool (but I haven't yet seen the game, so don't know if that's a true reflection of the game).

Does it mean that the rebuilding stage of Manchester United is in, they won't qualify for any league match apart from the Premier League match? It would be terrible if, at the end of this season, Manchester United didn't qualify for any league match like the Europa or Conference League.

Such instances won't give Amorim a good record as Manchester United coach. Many fans of Manchester United won't like such kind of scenario for Manchester not to be in the 4th-7th position of the Premier League table.

Since appointing as Manchester United new manager before January window transfer opening, Ruben Amorim get difficulty for signing new players and the manager before have spent much money for signing new player. The management looks not loyal as usually previous manager and its reason why Manchester United get difficult keep consistent performance and reach the higher standings position.
In this season, Manchester United realistic target for winning UEFA Europe League after eliminating at FA Cup and difficult reach the top fourth standings in domestic league.

If the season ends and Manchester United are unable to qualify for any competition, the supporters will be enraged, but they will come to terms with it later. On a good side, it will give them a chance to regroup and focus more on the Premier League season next to have a better season than this season. Not qualifying for any European competition remains better than being relegated.

Such instances won't give Amorim a good record as Manchester United coach. Many fans of Manchester United won't like such kind of scenario for Manchester not to be in the 4th-7th position of the Premier League table.
They should be patient with the new coach.
