Over the last few days, the British media have been reporting on the impending verdict of the legal battle between Manchester City and the Premier League.
Man City are charged with 115 rules violations. They are very likely to get hit with huge penalties but many expect them to get penalised with points deductions and some even mention potential relegation.

Apparently The Premier League cannot just send the club to a lower division, but they have other ways to do that:

I agree with you because Chelsea is a future team as they don't have what It takes to Play against arsenal in current form I see Chelsea coming to dominate the premier League in the next three to two seasons because I see the coach doing a great job in Chelsea and the fruit of what he is doing will be felt in the Coming seasons.but for arsenal they still has some places in their team that needs to be strengthen if they are to win premier League title in the nearest future

Did you see the way Guardiola changes everything about Manchester City after assembling different players form different teams, they came and conquered everything in 4 years in a row before they finally cool it down. If Chelsea is going to dominate the Premier League, then it's not with this set of players, there will be additional players.

It's so uninteresting how teams are scattered on the table, the teams we do look to win the Premier League are no longer who they are again. Manchester United has changed, Manchester City is struggling, Chelsea was even better at some points but everything collapsed again. Let's see what next season will be.

This case is old, right? But until now there is still no decision about 115 violations committed by Manchester City, is the investigation process long because there are many cases?

Imagine if it is true that Manchester City is punished or to the relegation league maybe this club will suffer huge losses, especially sponsors who do not want to advertise in the 2nd division league.

^ More than 115 violations of financial fair play over the course of nine years, the article said. That's a lot of violations just to stay up and remain a champion for years. If found guilty, I guess this decision would also put a dent to the credibility of all the trophies that they've won. As Maguire said it, that's like a fraud already.

As for Man City, they should really push hard and try to do whatever it takes to finish in the top 4 to earn a place in the next season's Champions League. Participation in the Champions League could ease the potential financial losses they might incur as a penalty for role violations.

I just caught up with the highlights of the Carabao Cup.
I don't know if it's a season fatigue or overconfidence resulting from their unchallenged lead in the table but something is clearly wrong with Liverpool.
A loss can happen to any club, but they got completely dominated by Newcastle in the EFL cup final. It could've easily be 4-1 for Newcastle.
Their performance in the round of 16 of the Champions League against PSG was also far from perfect, especially in the 1st leg when they only made 2 shots on goal and their ball possession was only 29%.
Or could it be that they cannot mentally handle games where there's everything at stake and only perform well in the league (be it the Premier League or the UCL league stage)?

That team has always been an average, if they are that bold and strong like we thought they were, PSG wouldn't be able to finish them like they did and not only did they stop there, they loss EfL cup to Newcastle and at this stage, Salah knows that he is not going to win any significant trophy this season, they have wasted important matches for nothing.

The only luck they have now is because they were able to position there self in the Premier League, unless the whole squad and starter got into huge injury, I'm not sure Arsenal will be able to catch up with Liverpool again, the differences in their points is too much.

Manchester City must improve their performance if won't loss opportunity with the top fourth standings position, this season looks terrible for Man City after eliminating not only at Champion League but also have over for winning premier league trophy. Have one point left for raising top fourth standings, Manchester City must win all matches left and its opportunity left to secure the top fourth standings this season.
Next games after international break will face Leicester City and must not difficult match, I think easy secure three points and break to the top fourth position.

marasca has really tried to build the Chelsea team and even though that they are still in the process of building a team I can say that they have done really well this season compito last season Chelsea biggest problems is having a top nine  that will lead the attack and a good defense line up , Chelsea should bring in some quality players that will come and compliment the once that are already in the team next season hopefully we see a more competitive Chelsea side that will compete for titles especially the premier League because this season they where good but not enough to compete for the premier League title

They must do much better play and attacks in the next match. Although it may not be that easy. Tottenham will be their opponent and this will not be easy to happen. But if they really want to qualify for the UCL, no matter how, they have to win against Tottenham, if not, they are afraid they will be knocked out of their current ranking position soon.
