The monetary system has always been and will be a part of state policy.  Whoever controls finances has real power in the state.  Since Trump had previously spoken negatively about Bitcoin several times as President of the United States, his election or not election should affect the cryptocurrency market.  Therefore, it is quite possible that Trump's likely defeat in the current election gave a good price impetus to the further growth of the cryptocurrency market.
