What is the forum's take on this case?

I just saw a project promoted here recently that is widely considered as a scam or a ponzi. I'm referring to HEX's signature campaign. I was wondering what is the position of the forum officials here? Will you let this continue?

Richard Heart is one of the ******* people in the crypto. I am monitoring HEX since its beginning and I think HEX has no future. I dont know if it is SCAM, but I don't recommend anyone to invest in it or buy simple coin. But on the other hand, HEX is listed on coinmarketcap and its position 201 is not too bad. Some time ago it was in top 50 on CMC.

All in all, the project is not bad. Earlier the first round bounty campaign was conducted. The second round has started again. Those who worked in the first round got something good. But for the second round, since it is a successful project, the budget is much less. Many users are supporting Hex project. Coinmarketcap is currently very popular. View daily transactions. Of course you would call it good. There are lists in many exchanges. Brother, I already join this signature campaign. I support Hex project to be more successful.

I don't understand why y'all bringing up Coinmarketcap as a defense or as a sign of legitimacy? Have you not heard or read anything about Bitconnect? Fanatics were defending it to death using its marketcap and whatever reason they could think of until it all blew up in their faces that it's nothing but a ponzi scheme. You guys really think Hex is any different with its "guaranteed" stable and high income promise?

I thought I'm clear that what I'm raising isn't about the bounty itself but the legitimacy of the project behind it. Please do not misunderstand that. You can put all your claim that it's paying hunters or whatever, it still doesn't change the fact that HEX promises guaranteed high returns which no legitimate business can ever do.

You should not worry  about their opinion and the opinions to come. Why? Because it is possible that we misunderstood each side. Good to be true. Anyway, better to let them join. Btw, whether the bounty is verified by Mr. President not %100 guarantee the success at the end.
Actually, we are always at risk by what we are promoting not unless the project is already stable and listed in big exchanges.
