According to you, we should be in win win situations. Everybody wants to do well but lot of scammer surrounding us. Here most of the managers are not legit. They just promise and don't want to keep it up. We need more legit managers by whom we will get win win situation.

I think the currency market will improve even if all the people who work on a project benefit from it. Because a lot of people work and work for different projects. I think the people who work on the project should start some good exchange or some system to get the final payment.
