They benefit themselves and help everyone related to the project to benefit. Listing on a good exchange increases the price a lot. In this case there is a lot of trade. Every man benefits. I don't think there is anything like a win win. investment is a two way thing. it's either you work hard to see you project grows to great heights Or you are too focus on money and not on the progress. it is up to the project developer and the team behind it. Also the marketing team are also involved.

There are some situations where things don't really goes as planned and all happens due to some factors that are beyond or above their ability.
DIA for example, it's a good project no doubt. They raised aprroximately $15 million in their token sale, the rest of the token were burn for transparency.
It was listed on top exchanges like Okex, Bitmax, kucoin and then the giant place Binance.
Unfortunately, kucoin was hacked and DIA tokens were among the stolen tokens that was dumped on Uniswap by the hacker.
Today, DIA is still struggling with price maintaining.

On a personal level, i doubt there are any win/win situations for many traders in the crypto currency space. Most win/win situations i know are the ones that the developers benefit most. Developers get to sell or dump and nobody loses; while traders are always faced with a win / lose situation, you either take profit or losses

I believe in win-win dude but at this moment there are a lot of projects arising here in crypto space where I saw and discovered with my own two eyes here in the forum even in the other forum as well that almost all of the project owner in this field of business is only after for the money and profit and they don't care about the feelings of their community and investors if most of them loss their assets here.
