You should try looking at the Bitcoin Dominant chart before believing that there is no altcoin season,
Bitcoin dominance is now down below 65, previously dominant bitcoin 67, so if bitcoin dominance continues to fall, this indicates the altcoin season will occur in the near future.

Point of correction, there was no bull run in 2018, please check tour records. We had the longest bear run in 2018 and it was a big setback on cryptocurrecy growths and development.
