Teleported Rank
Step by step:1- Create an account on this forum with the same username you are using on the other forum.
2- Get your altcointalk profile link:
Profile link - Go to your Profile then under Profile info click on Summary to get your profile url.
3- Put this link somewhere on your other forum profile
4- message me, admin here, or reply to this post if you can not message yet.
The crypto community is growing fast, and with new waves of users, the experience gets diluted. We end up with groups of people talking nonsense about price speculation, with no real knowledge at all.
We want experienced people to have a say on our forum. That's why we are launching the
Teleported rank.
This rank allow top users to teleport from other forums to ours, while keeping their rank.
That means they can have valuable discussions, share their knowledge and improve the quality of discussion, but also they can join bounties and airdrops on our forum as well.
There are few simple conditions:- Need to open an account with the same username as the forum you are teleporting from.
- If you already have an account here, tell me to label the teleported one as duplicate.
- In the signature in the other forum, put a link to the teleported profile you opened on our forum, link should be: on Alts
or put your altt profile url as your website on the other forum.
- message me with details:
link to your profile + info if it is your first account here or it's a duplicate
Open teleportation gates: - bitcoin talk : ranks with
full member Jnr member and above // other rank can also be allowed to teleport but case by case check
- Other forums: ranks with
senior full members and above :> Might be closed soon
Update:I found some issues and loopholes for this idea, please read:
- All teleported users should keep a link to their altcoinstalks profile, this can be in the website part of their bitcointalk profile (check below: 2 boxes to fill).
If the website section is not available, you can put the info somewhere else on your btt profile:
put link to your profile
My Altt:userid somewhere in your profile: about me / ICQ / AIM /MSN , or even location...
This is needed so that we can check at any moment that the user is the one teleported, and not allow same user to change username and teleport 100 times. / for now not a priority but try to abide by this. Also this is needed to update your rank, if you rank up on btt.

created before this announcement and the account growth should be linear, not rapid growth since the date of this post.
How to find your profile URLOption 1- to find simply the url link:
find any post you create, and click on your username:
then the url will appear on top:
Option 2- to find the referral url link:
You can also use your referral link, and hence you also use your link to refer other users and earn some nice stuff.

Put your altcoins profile url in the website section (unless you are using it for something else)
You will need to fill
both boxes (website title: altcoins talks
url: your profile link), for the link to appear
ALTT profile, is where you put your altcoinstalks profile url
website title: just put any keyword, like: My Altcointalk profile, or Altcoins talk, ALTT, or even your username ...
you can also put the url in other places
At the end don't forget to click
change profile.
Important to avoid users
trying to pass for other users after teleport, we kindly ask you to :
1- Keep same display name as username (aka username on btt) - Please do not change it. (no longer possible without request via shop)
2- Keep the altt url on btt, for future verifications.
(if any of these rules is broken, and we see a need to, we might have to remove teleportation)
Attention Please- Please make sure to have a password different than the one you have on btt.
- The passwords in our database are encrypted, no one can access to the values of the passwords.
