I think this bullish is related to the DeFi effect, this new type of crypto project seems attract a lot of people, especially new investor. Besides DeFi, that will also encourage new project to finally launch their ICO/IEO. I cant really agree with your opinion about bear market, since you don't provide the technical analysis details. You should not worry much the price of Bitcoin after pump. Bitcoin were where there on 10k and had difficulty to crossed 15k. But now we are eyeing 20k once Btc hit 19k. Whether the price of Btc is greater than 20k or lower than 19k on 2021, the important is bitcoin once again proved the potential and dominance in crypto space.

I also agree with you that there is always the possibility of heavy bearish after bullish growth. However, it will not be as extensive as in 2017-18, what can happen now is just a small amendment. My guess is that soon there will be a correction in the limited size of the bitcoin price, later the price of bitcoin will rise further again; It may go from $20K to $21K.
