I didn't invest on both, dash and Ethereum classic.
I prefer invest in top 10 coins.
But If you want to know, I think Ethereum classic is better than dash, by seeing the rank on CMC

DASH is a privacy coin and it is facing the risk of being delisted on many major exchanges. DASH is too risky to be in my portfolio right now.

As many people said  DASH is privacy coin, it might be delisted in any exchange.
So, be careful to invest in privacy coins.

why ethereum classic is compare with dash there is big space between both coins not are different technologies today ethereum classic is 25th place in the CMC, actually I'm bullish in ethereum eco system so my choice is ethereum classic.

Dash is second largest privacy currency it is untraceable popular private technology but Ethereum classic is not a privacy coin it is forked coin of the Ethereum so this coin has great future if Ethereum go to the moon definitely Ethereum classic will follow .
