If you find something suspicious and doubtful in the project, I suggest to not join. It is too risky and most of them ended with a scam exit. I have seen some tokens gradually to be dead after several weeks listed on some exchanges. You don't be easy to buy a coin or token if you are not sure about its future. Better to be more selective than you are trapped to have dead coins.

Definitely, the result will define what kind of project we have promote. They promise to give us a profitable payment in exchange of our efforts but still the ending will tell us exactly or differently from our expectation. Somehow, bounty allocation doesn't matter because we are more concern about the fair payments in enough profit.

Yes, of course ,I agree with you.If you not confident with the project,  don't joint. I think we must learn the white paper, roadmap, team behind the project. Because there are several scam project. Be careful to join new project.

The team put all the pressure of work to hunters and then just say nothing if the project turn to failed. The hunters will blame the manager why why why why why? Not realizing that the manager is just a mediator between hunters and the team. He is not responsible of the team failures. I don't think good projects weather new or old projects hiden for me there are many ways to detect the serious and unserious new crypto project through their operation the way they run the system can tell, let's take close look at bounty system of things currently you we see project that are not serious, so what am trying to say is that not all new project are serious.
